These three exit utilities are shareware.  The three files are:

exitq.exe
rebootq.exe
restartq.exe

These three files can be placed in any group as an icon.  When run, each utility will do the appropriate action.  Note that there is no "cancel" option, the action will be done immediately.  This was done to provide a "fast" way to get the job done without a bunch of extra dialog boxes asking "OK?"  

Exitq.exe will exit from windows to a dos prompt.  Rebootq.exe will reboot the computer after performing a proper exit from windows.  Restartq.exe will exit and restart windows.
